This is a great campsite that can offer many things! If you need to hook your caravan up, they have a field for this, but if you want back-to-basics camping, the camp site can provide this too. We wanted the latter, so opted to stay in their fields down by the river Dee. These two large fields have no running water or electricity and do not allow caravans (campers are allowed). There are also PortaLoo's available in both feilds. You are allowed to have a campfire anywhere in the feild or even on the riverbank. There is a warden for the two fields (Stan) who is basically there to help and make sure that everyone has a good time. The campsite sell firewood (£3 per bag). We managed to get through about 5 bags over two nights. The scenery is great and we would definatley go back to this campsite if we are in the area. Martin Granger - Campfires-Allowed.co.uk
